Friendly staff, value for money, proximity of best Thai restaurants. If it's the end of your holiday and you have a rental car - this is a good location for an easy drive to the airport first thing in the morning.

Stopped for 2 nights and didn't get cleaned between nights even though we handed the key in whenever we went out. We were cleaned the three times we stayed in past years - This time we could live with this but I hope it was an oversight and would definitely complain if it happened again. Yes - I am planning to stay again next year...

Three of the best eating experiences in Krabi province are, in the relative cool of the evening, within walking distance of this "motel" style accommodation: Chao Sua, Ruan Mai and Ruan Thip. The staff are very friendly and helpfull. Value for money is abaove average. Also well located for Krabi local's favourite live music and night club type places such as the Kansas Steakhouse.

Without your own transport you would find the location somewhat isolated. Taxis are not easily available in Krabi town during hours of darkness and songthaews also stop running quite early. Some confidence in basic holidaymaker level Thai language would be reccommended for a stay in this part of town.
